We built the BMX to be a sturdy cooler from top to bottom. Every detail is purposeful and intentionally designed to include an element of durability so that it’s a long-lasting cooler you’ll use for many, many years to come.
One constant you’ll see throughout the BMX is the stainless steel features, like the kick plate that’s perfectly positioned to protect against scuffing (but also adds rugged style), the reinforcement detail built into the handle/s, the screws we used, and the tethered drain plug cap (on the two bigger BMX’s that have the drain detail). We used stainless steel because of its great aesthetic and durable qualities — it’s a really strong metal that’s corrosion-resistant, long-lasting and easy to clean.
Also, the BMX’s oversized hinges, aforementioned reinforced handle/s and anti-skid protective bottom corners just add to this cooler’s durability so you can depend on it for as long as you need it. And its blow-molded construction makes it a lightweight cooler, especially compared to its category competitors.
NOT JUST A STANDARD LID
We included advanced insulation in the lid so your drinks and food are provided with 360-degree coldness. Plus, the durable rubber T-latches keep the lid securely closed and all the cold locked in. You can also find a tie-down point on each corner and a molded-in fish ruler so you can instantly measure, then show off your catch.
HASSLE-FREE — FROM TRANSPORT TO STAYING IN PLACE TO UNLOADING
Every moment using the BMX is hassle-free. It’s wide opening makes packing it up obstacle-free and the T-latches secure it closed. And whether the BMX has the one grab handle (on the 25 quart) or dual, side swing-up handles (on the 52 and 72 quart), they are reinforced with stainless steel and designed with rubber grip; this all ensures you have a firm, comfortable hold when carrying this cooler wherever you need it to go. All three BMX sizes have tie-down points to secure it during transport and anti-skid pads on each lower corner to keep the cooler in place wherever you set it. And once your outing is over, the threaded drain plug on the 52-quart and 72-quart BMX lets you hook up your garden hose to quickly drain any melted ice. Bonus: The stainless steel cap is tethered to the plug so you never have to worry about losing it.
CHOOSE FROM COMPACT, SPACIOUS & POWERHOUSE
Small, medium and large, the BMX comes in all three sizes. The compact 25-quart BMX has four days of ice retention and fits up to 37 cans — a great size for shorter trips when you’re riding solo or with a small crew. The bigger, more spacious BMX has a 52-quart capacity that provides five days of ice retention and fits up to 83 cans — this is the medium-sized cooler perfect for getting away for several days with a few others. And the powerhouse BMX: With a 72-quart capacity, this large cooler gives you five days of ice retention with space for up to 101 cans; it’s the BMX you need for longer stays and a bigger crew with big appetites.
